Circa 1915
The first courthouse was a school building purchased in 1801 and burned in 1811. The second courthouse was built in 1812 and the building also burned. The third courthouse was a brick structure built in 1819 to 1820 and is still standing. The fourth courthouse, depicted here, and present courthouse was constructed in 1908 to 1909.
