DECORATED WITH AN ALMOST PENCIL LIKE SKETCHES, TO ONE SIDE A FIGURE OF RIP VAN WINKLE, TO THE OPPOSITE SIDE THERE IS RIP VAN WINKLE WITH A GUN OVER HIS SHOULDER, STANDING OUTSIDE A COTTAGE WHILE A DOG BARKS AT HIM, AND ABOVE THERE ARE 3 NYMPH LIKE FIGURES IN THE CLOUDS.
BENEATH THE POURING LIE THERE IS A MURDER OF CROWS.
Approximately 8 inches tall, 7 inches handle to spout, and 5 inches diameter
In vert good condition with some gilt trim loss, some discoloration - typical of production of this early seriesware and its age
There are signs of possible minor restoration work
