The Paray Rest Home, bottom right, was a private home built in 1866 by the proprietor of the Prospect Park Hotel. In the early 20th century it was bought by the Roman Catholic Church and used as a nursing home until the mid 1980s when it was turn down rather than having the roof repaired.
